From walkthrough to signed quote
De la visita al presupuesto firmado
Fermozi follows the way you already bid a job. Here's what it does at each step, from the first walkthrough to the customer's signature, with a sample job worked through to the dollar.
Step by step
Paso a paso
-
1
Set your rates once
Configure sus tarifas una vez
Tell Fermozi what you charge and what you pay: your hourly rate, how fast you paint walls, ceilings and trim, what your paint costs and how far a gallon covers, a percentage for sundries like tape and plastic, and your markup. It starts you with typical rates to adjust, and every estimate is worked out from your numbers.
-
2
Measure the rooms
Mida las habitaciones
Enter each room's length, width and height, in feet or meters, and count its doors and windows. Take photos as you go, so your notes on what you saw stay with the job.
-
3
Mark what gets painted
Marque lo que se pinta
Paint a whole room or go wall by wall: an accent wall in another color with an extra coat, the ceiling only, or every wall but one. Add the trim, crown, doors, window frames, cabinet doors and drawer fronts you're painting, each priced its own way. Fermozi groups the paint by product, sheen and color, so you know what to buy.
-
4
Add anything else
Agregue lo demás
Drywall repair, pressure washing, moving furniture: add it as a line item by the piece, the hour or another unit, at your price, and choose which packages include it.
-
5
Show three prices
Muestre tres precios
Fermozi prices good, better and best side by side, with more coats and better paint as you go up, and you mark the one you recommend. Each price adds the labor, the paint, sundries and your markup, then rounds up to the dollar.
How the Better price adds up for the sample job, at sample rates: a living room with a navy accent wall, and a kitchen with 18 cabinet doors and 6 drawer fronts. Labor About 36.8 hours at $55 an hour $2,024.93 Paint 8 gallons of premium paint $500.00 Sundries 10% of the paint $50.00 Markup 20% of labor, paint and sundries $514.99 Better Rounded up from $3,089.92 $3,090 -

Contractor jobs
Mark a job as a Contractor job, and Fermozi keeps the GC's company, contact and the addenda you've acknowledged with it.
Labor only
When the GC buys the paint, turn on Labor only. Totals leave out paint and sundries, and you still get the paint list to hand over.

Fermozi has no account to make and no tracking. Your customers' names, addresses and photos stay with you, and a quote goes only where you send it.
Questions
Preguntas frecuentes
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Measuring and pricing happen on your phone, so a basement or a new build with no service is fine. You need a connection only to send the quote.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for, and your jobs stay on your phone.
Feet or meters?
Either. Choose in Settings, and Fermozi converts the rates you've saved.
Which languages?
The app is in English and Spanish, and follows your phone's language unless you pick one. Quotes go out in the customer's language.
Which phones?
iPhone and Android.
How do I get help?
Email [email protected], or tap the gear at the top of Fermozi's jobs list, then Help.
